We sell digital crochet patterns in PDF format. No physical item will be shipped.

If you have trouble accessing your download, receive the wrong file, or find that a file is damaged or materially different from its description, contact elmorabitcommers@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will help resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate or required by law.

For accidental duplicate purchases or cancellation requests before downloading, please contact us so we can review your request.

Once a file has been downloaded, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable rights of withdrawal or remedies for faulty digital content.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
