1. Overview

Welcome to Crochlyy Patterns at https://shop.crochlyy.com. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the seller operating Crochlyy Patterns in Morocco. Our seller and contact details are provided in our Contact Information and Legal Notice pages.

These Terms apply to your use of our store and purchases of our digital products. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Our digital products

We sell downloadable crochet patterns in PDF format. Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, your purchase does not include a finished toy, garment, yarn, crochet hook, printed pattern, or other physical item.

Each product listing describes the pattern’s language, contents, skill level, and any relevant requirements. Please review these details before purchasing.

You will need a device and software capable of downloading and opening PDF files. Printing is optional unless the product description states otherwise.

Photos of finished crochet items illustrate the intended project. Your results may vary depending on your materials, tension, technique, and experience. This does not affect your right to receive a file that matches its description.

3. Orders and customer information

Please provide accurate billing and contact information, including an email address you can access.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Acceptance is confirmed when we provide the purchased digital content or expressly confirm acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as suspected fraud, payment failure, or an inability to supply the product. If we cancel an order after collecting payment and before supplying the product, we will refund the amount paid.

Please contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in the currency shown in the store. Applicable taxes and the total payable amount are shown at checkout before you submit payment.

No physical shipping charges apply to PDF-only purchases.

Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout. You must be authorized to use your chosen payment method.

Price changes apply to future orders and do not change the agreed price of an accepted order.

5. Digital delivery

Products are delivered digitally. No physical parcel will be shipped.

The delivery method and expected timing are described on each product page. Download access is provided after successful payment according to those details.

Please check your email address and spam or junk folder if download instructions do not arrive.

If a link does not work, a file cannot be opened, or you receive an incorrect file, email elmorabitcommers@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will help restore access, provide the correct file, or arrange another appropriate remedy.

We do not promise permanent download hosting unless expressly stated in the product listing. Please save a personal backup after downloading. This does not limit any statutory rights concerning access or delivery.

6. Pattern license and intellectual property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with Crochlyy Patterns or the relevant rights holder.

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, save, and print the purchased PDF for your own personal use. You may make a reasonable backup copy for that purpose.

You may not share, redistribute, publicly upload, give away, sublicense, or resell the PDF or its contents without written permission from the rights holder.

Any permission to sell finished items made using a pattern will be stated in the product listing or the license supplied with that pattern. Purchasing a PDF does not itself grant a license for commercial production.

These permissions for purchased patterns take precedence over any general restrictions on downloading or copying store content.

You must not use our name, logo, images, or other protected materials in a way that infringes applicable rights or falsely suggests our endorsement.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Please contact us about accidental duplicate purchases, download problems, incorrect files, or files that materially differ from their description.

Downloading a product does not remove rights concerning faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered digital content.

Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, it remains available unless a lawful exception applies. Where the law permits withdrawal rights to end when digital delivery begins, this requires the relevant prior express consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation required by applicable law. These Terms alone do not constitute that consent.

8. Accounts and acceptable use

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

You must not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, malware distribution, or unauthorized access to other customers’ information.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks. Such restrictions do not remove rights arising from existing purchases.

9. Relationship with Shopify and third parties

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products.

Your purchase contract is with the seller operating Crochlyy Patterns, not Shopify. Questions about products, delivery, refunds, and orders should be directed to us.

Payment providers and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Nothing in this section excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Links to external websites do not imply our endorsement of their content.

10. Privacy

Shopify and payment providers also process information as described in their applicable privacy policies.

11. Reviews and feedback

If you submit a review, you confirm that it reflects your experience and that you have permission to share any accompanying content.

You allow us to display your review and accompanying content in connection with the store and its products, subject to applicable privacy and consumer protection laws.

Do not submit unlawful content, personal information belonging to others without permission, or material that infringes third-party rights.

12. Errors and product updates

We may correct errors in store information and update products or descriptions.

If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate and provide a lawful resolution. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

Updates to a listing do not remove your right to receive the product as described when you purchased it.

13. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in operating the store and supplying our digital products, but temporary interruptions may occur.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control. We remain responsible for any duties and remedies that the law requires.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence.

Please contact us first about a problem so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from exercising your rights through a competent court or another available dispute-resolution process.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to give up mandatory protections or access to courts available under applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the store and future purchases. The latest revision date appears above.

The Terms in effect when you placed your order govern that purchase, except where a change is required by law or otherwise lawfully agreed.
