Digital products only

Crochlyy Patterns sells crochet patterns in downloadable PDF format. No physical toys, garments, yarn, supplies, or printed patterns are shipped.

Delivery method and timing

After successful payment, your pattern will be delivered digitally using the method and within the timeframe stated on the product page.

Please review the delivery details before purchasing. No physical shipping fees apply to PDF-only orders.

Your email address

Please provide a valid email address at checkout. If download instructions do not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe, check your spam or junk folder and contact us.

Downloading your files

You will need an internet connection and a device with software capable of opening PDF files. You may save your purchased pattern and print it for your own use in accordance with its license.

Please save a backup copy after downloading.

Download problems or incorrect files

If your download link does not work, your file is damaged, or you receive the wrong pattern, email elmorabitcommers@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will help restore access or provide the correct file. Refunds and other remedies are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

Shipping and tracking

Postal delivery, parcel tracking, customs clearance, and physical shipping destinations do not apply to our PDF products.
